1 cup chocolate chips (for approximately 12 strawberries)
1-2 tbsp. butter
white chocolate or 2 squares of Candiquick (pictured above)
Wash strawberries and pat dry with paper towel. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave-safe bowl until melted. Stir well. Dip strawberries until only a little bit of red is showing. Place on cookie sheet and put in refrigerator for about an hour until slightly hardened. Melt white chocolate and put in a Ziploc bag. Snip off a corner of baggie and drizzle over strawberries. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
