What to do with acorn squash!!!
Cut squash in half
scoop seeds out
In the hollow add:
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper
cook at 375 for one hour on a cookie sheet
SUPER yummy! I even ate it and liked it!!
